1. Who we are
Krelvona S.A.S., tax ID 30-71834920-4, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 3247, 6th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is responsible for processing personal data collected through krelvona.com. We comply with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and Ruling 60-E/2016 of the Agency for Access to Public Information.
2. What we collect
We collect only the data you enter in contact forms (name, email and message) plus technical data generated as you browse, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, we also receive identifiers generated by Google.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to answer your inquiries, improve the site experience, measure communication campaigns on an aggregated basis, and meet legal obligations. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Krelvona.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent provided when submitting a form or accepting cookies, and on Krelvona's legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacidad@krelvona.com.
5. Retention
We keep data for the minimum time required to fulfill the described purposes. Form data is stored for up to 24 months; anonymized analytics data for up to 26 months; accounting records for the period required by Argentine law.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share information with technology providers that support us in hosting, transactional email, analytics and digital advertising (for instance, Google LLC). All providers are contractually required to protect the data at the same level as Krelvona.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Argentina. In those cases, we apply standard contractual clauses and verify that the destination country provides an adequate level of protection or that equivalent safeguards are in place.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and erasure of your personal data by writing to privacidad@krelvona.com or filing a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information of Argentina.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, regular security reviews and yearly audits carried out by an independent third party.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or platform improvements. We always publish the date of the latest update and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.
