Cookie Policy
Last updated: February 12, 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information across visits: your chosen language, your privacy preferences, or aggregated site usage measurements.
2. Google Consent Mode v2
Krelvona implements Google Consent Mode version 2. This means that, until you express your preference, every cookie category linked to advertising and analytics stays denied by default. Only when you accept a category do the corresponding Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 tags activate.
3. Categories we use
We distinguish four categories: (a) strictly necessary, always on so the site can work; (b) functional, which remember preferences such as language; (c) analytics, to understand site usage; (d) advertising, to measure Google Ads campaigns and personalize them respecting your decision.
4. How you choose your preferences
On your first visit a banner offers three actions: Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences. You may change your choice at any time later from the footer link, by clearing your browser cookies or by returning to this page.
5. Third parties
The main third-party services that set cookies with your authorization are Google Ads (AW-18064110603) and Google Analytics 4. We may also use maps, video embeds or forms assisted by reCAPTCHA, always respecting your prior consent.
6. Duration
Necessary cookies expire when you close the session. Functional cookies may last up to 12 months. Analytics and advertising cookies follow Google's timeframes, with a maximum retention of 26 months.
7. How to disable them from the browser
Beyond the banner, you can block or remove cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop certain site features from working properly.
8. Contact
If you have any question about our use of cookies, write to privacidad@krelvona.com and we'll reply within 72 business hours.
